Senior Rookie Eagles win tourney

Georgetown’s senior rookie ball Eagles took top spot at the Greater Niagara Falls Minor Baseball Tournament earlier this month with four straight wins and are tuned up to host a 14-team event this weekend at the Georgetown Fairgrounds.
Preliminary round— Georgetown 18, Barrie 5; Georgetown 11, Niagara Falls 1
Semifinal— Georgetown 5, St. Thomas 4
Championship— Georgetown 4, Bolton 3
