Ingredients
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
• 2-3 tbsp curry powder
• 1/2 jar Major Grey chutney
• 1/4 cup currants
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
or pecans
Method
1. Combine softened cream cheese, cheddar and curry powder. Adjust curry powder to suit your taste.
2. Spread this mixture into a shallow serving dish.
3. Spread one layer of chutney over the cheeses.
4. Top with currants and nuts which have been gently mixed together.
5. Serve with crackers.
