Gospel concert set for May 31

Georgetown southern gospel music fans will  get a chance to see some of the finest the genre has to offer at a concert in memory of Georgetown native Dan Lane Saturday, May 31 at 6 p.m. at Georgetown Christian Reformed Church on Trafalgar Road.
The event will feature popular groups Greater Vision and The Browns. The concert is the sixth annual concert in honour of Lane, a southern gospel enthusiast who passed away in 2002 at the age 31 after a battle with cancer.
Lane’s family will donate the proceeds to Georgetown District Christian School.
