At a recent reception at Halton Region Museum Hearth Room, at Kelso, Horst Summer, owner of Silver Thyme Catering made the rounds serving up some delightful hors d'oeuvres as he and his staff gave visitors a taste of what the company can create. Formerly Kentner's Catering, Silver Thyme can fine-tune their menu for any event, be it a wedding, corporate party or a dinner party.
