Habitat for Humanity buys Exchange Hotel property for homes "The Exchange Hotel was built by the son-in-law of George Kennedy, John Higgins. The Georgetown Railway Station was built by Colonel Sir Casimir Gzowski who was knighted by Queen Victoria for his work on the Niagara Parks Commission and served briefly"
